AI technology deeply empowers cross-border e-commerce

The Guangzhou Cross-border Trade Fair has for the first time set up a “Cross-border E-commerce AI Zone”. Platforms such as Amazon and Alibaba International Station have all launched AI tools, covering scenarios such as intelligent product selection, advertisement generation, and customer service response.

For instance, Amazon’s Business Opportunity detector introduces generative AI to automatically generate market analysis reports, helping sellers discover potential demands. Third-party tools like YICOPY have reduced the ACoS of advertisements to 14% and increased orders by 230% through AI keyword mining.
